Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms, schedule, and methods of payment for orders placed on the platform operated by Tredarixa Trading Private Limited. It ensures transparency in transactions between buyers, sellers, and the platform.

1. Payment Collection

  • All payments from customers are collected by Tredarixa Trading Private Limited on behalf of the sellers.
  • The platform supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Payment to Sellers

  • Payments to sellers are processed after the successful delivery of the order and confirmation from the customer (usually 7 days post-delivery).
  • A standard settlement cycle of 7 business days from the date of delivery applies, unless otherwise stated in the Seller Terms.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer to the account provided by the seller during registration.

3. Deductions

The following deductions may apply:

  • Platform commission (as agreed upon at registration).
  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Refunds or chargebacks (if applicable).
  • Taxes as required by law (TDS, GST, etc.).

4. Refund Handling

  • In the event of a return, refund, or cancellation initiated by the customer, any related payment will be adjusted from the seller’s upcoming payouts.
  • Sellers are notified in advance of any deductions made for refunds.

5. Disputes & Holds

  • In case of a payment-related dispute, the payout may be temporarily held until the issue is resolved.
  • Tredarixa Trading Private Limited reserves the right to withhold payments in case of fraudulent activity, breach of policy, or legal investigation.

6. Payment Reports

  • Sellers can access detailed payment reports through their seller dashboard, showing order-wise settlement, deductions, and payment status.

7. Changes to Policy

We may update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective from the updated effective date mentioned above.
