Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tredarixa Trading Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to provide you with a transparent and smooth process for order cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the procedures and terms related to refunds and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- After Dispatch: If the item has already been dispatched, you can only cancel the order under specific conditions (e.g., if the product is defective or incorrect). In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Warranty Policy.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to “My Orders.”
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click on “Cancel Order.”
- Confirm the cancellation and follow the instructions.
Note: Once the order has been dispatched, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once the cancellation request has been approved or a return has been initiated.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or, if requested, to your Modcart Wallet.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or wallet after you provide your bank details.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after your return is confirmed or cancellation is approved.
3. Partial Refunds and Adjustments
- In the case of partial returns, only the returned items will be refunded.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or cancellation is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).
4. Refund Rejection
Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:
- The product is used, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us.
- The refund request is made beyond the 7-day window from the delivery date.
- Custom-made or non-returnable items, as outlined in our Returns and Warranty Policy.
5. Shipping Charges
- For Cancelled Orders: Shipping charges will be refunded only if the cancellation occurs before dispatch.
- For Returns: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our fault (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
6. Data Retention
As part of processing refunds and cancellations, we retain customer data for a period of 30 days from the date of the request. After this period, the data will be deleted from our system in compliance with our data retention policy.
7. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date.
