Returns and Warranty Policy

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is not custom-made or non-returnable (as per our product guidelines).

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Log in to your account on our platform.
  • Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • Click on “Request Return” and follow the instructions provided.

After the return request is approved, you’ll be issued a return label, and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

3. Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., certain accessories or beauty products)
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Warranty Coverage
We provide a warranty on specific products against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims can be made under the following conditions:

  • The product has a valid warranty period, as specified by the manufacturer.
  • The product has not been misused, abused, or altered.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds for returns are processed within 5–7 business days after the product is returned.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or wallet after you provide necessary bank details.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide detailed information, including images of the defect/damage.
  • We will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

8. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
