User Agreement

Effective Date: 1 Jan 2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the fashion marketplace platform operated by Tredarixa Trading Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website or services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Prohibited Activities Users shall not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the platform to distribute spam or harmful content.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Warranty Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and logos on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Tredarixa Trading Private Limited.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.

10. Modifications

  • We may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
